Bible Studies Coming Soon

All of the Bible studies offered here were prayerfully written by Angie Taylor. This journey began in 2001, when Angie first sensed the Lord prompting her to write God on Centre Stage, a study that steadily unfolded over many years until its completion in 2015. In 2023, while on a Christian retreat with her friend Becky, the suggestion arose for their prayer group, Ignite, to begin exploring these studies together. That same year, Angie printed the first draft of God on Centre Stage, marking the beginning of a new chapter.

As the group worked through the studies, we found ourselves strengthened and shaped by the truth of Scripture, growing together in our understanding of God’s Word. Through this shared journey, Angie and the Ignite group have come to sense the Lord’s timing to make these studies available to others who long to know more of God’s character and His heart. Each study is entirely Angie’s own work, none have been authored, or influenced, using any AI tools. Our prayer is that these resources will draw you deeper into Scripture and into a closer walk with the Lord.

Each Bible study is organised as a discussion-based session using an easy-to-follow script. The studies aim to help us seek direction from the Holy Spirit and be guided by God’s word. This promotes shared teaching and learning, encourages humility, and enhances the overall experience as everyone learns together. Through these studies, individuals can deepen their understanding of God, His word and one another, allowing personal growth that helps us reflect Christ to each other and the wider community.

The Original Blueprint

This is a two-part study that examines how the gospel preached and accepted today compares with the original blueprint found in the book of Acts. It also delves into what it means to repent, believe, and be baptised.

This 12-part Bible study delves into the essential foundations of life as revealed in God's word, offering guidance, security, and hope for those who choose to find all they need in God.

God on Centre Stage

This bible study is about discovering God’s character through various people in the bible, journeying through the Old Testament and finishing in the New Testament, entering the historical stories of individuals to uncover truths about who God is and how He works, dismantling any distorted views we may have about God, helping us develop trust in the true God revealed in the bible. I view this bible study as a tool, as if it’s a treasure map, and God is the treasure that we discover together. I hope you will experience the uniqueness and faithfulness of the Lord, and that this revelation will lead you to have intimacy with your maker. I pray that He will captivate your heart, that He will be the core of your Christian community, and God will be rightfully placed on the centre stage of your life.

There is a bible study guide accompanying each book, which aims to deepen your relationship with God by putting your learning into practice and experiencing God's presence. There are two sections to the book:

Reflect

The reflect section allows you to delve deeper into your previous study and discover more through optional teachings and readings, enhancing your prayer life.

Encounter

This is a time to take things deeper as you answer questions, encounter God through song and prayer.

Jesus on Centre Stage

This Bible study focuses on exploring God’s character by examining Jesus, who fully reveals our heavenly Father through His life, teachings, and miracles. We will take a journey through the pages of the Old Testament in search of Jesus, landing in the New Testament where we will meet the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. This series leads to the understanding that Jesus is God, with everything ultimately centering around Him.

Equipped to Stand

This study series will help us discover how the church is called to function as an army, the lessons we will learn will strengthen us to stand firm in our faith when the spiritual battle rages against us exposing the tactics of the enemy and learning to resist the devil.

Continuing with our series on the church as an army we will be focusing on the weapons we have been given and how to use them effectively as soldiers in this spiritual war.

The Battle Plan

This is designed to equip you and give you a strategic battle plan to aid you to resist the enemy by recalling the deeds of the Lord, remembering God’ character, exposing the schemes of the enemy forged against you and identifying scriptures to strengthen your faith empowering you to stand firm in the spiritual battle that is waged against us.

Behind the Mask

This study examines how to recognise deception and identify false teachers by using the Bible as our guide, this is a vital study for the days we are living in.
